- Login to Vianet Web Portal → Dashboard → “Pending Bills”.
- Click “Pay Due”.
- Apply Reward Points (if available).
- Select payment gateway (eSewa, Khalti, etc.), → Complete payment.
- Login to Vianet Mobile App → Dashboard → “Pending Bills”.
- Click “Pay Due”.
- Apply Reward Points (if available).
- Select payment gateway (eSewa, Khalti, etc.), → Complete payment.
Open your digital wallet app directly, search for ‘Vianet’, enter your CUID, and pay.
- Open any Mobile Baking Apps/Portals
- Go to payments section
- Look for internet , select Vianet
- Enter Customer Id(CUID)
- Select bills from dropdowns
- Confirm Payment
- Pay
