Our billing cycle depends on the package you choose—monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.

The payment is required before the service period begins. This means your internet will only start working once the full payment is cleared. The billing cycle officially starts after installation is complete.

For example:
If your installation is done on January 1, then your billing cycle will be:

• Monthly: January 1 – January 31- next payment on 1 Feb
• Quarterly: January 1 – March 31- next payment on 1 April
• Half-Yearly: January 1 – June 30- next payment on 1 July
• Yearly: January 1 – December 31- next payment on 1 Jan next year

You get 2 extra days of service after your bill is issued to make your payment.

• Duration: 2 extra days after bill issuance to make payment.
• Example: Renew on Jan 1 → Pay by Jan 3 morning.
• Note: Grace period cannot be extended.

Temporary Extension: Access short-term grace period extensions through the app if your account expires unexpectedly.

Terms of Service: Note that grace days are subject to fair usage policies and must be cleared upon next renewal.

2. Go to Dashboard, click on Renew highlighted on Red

3. Select Package → Apply Points (if applicable) → Choose Payment option.

You can view past paid bills as well , by simply clicking to Paid tab

SMS Balance: Look for the automated billing reminders sent to your registered phone number.

Or check through Esewa and Khalti and enter your CUID to check if there is any balance that needs to be paid

Check Expiry: Login to Customer Web Portal / Mobile App (Android or iOS). The date is shown on the Home page of the app with a circle and the number of days remaining.

• App Dashboard: Open the Vianet Mobile App to view your exact expiration date directly on the main home screen.
• Portal Status: Login to Customer Web Portal to view your subscription validity counter in the account summary.

48-Hour Lifeline: Reactivate for 48 hours (one-time only) via the App or Web Portal using Enable Account option.

After your internet gets disabled, you can login Vianet Customer Web Portal / Mobile App (Android or iOS), you will see an option saying enable for 48 hrs , you can do that once and you will have the time
