Login to Customer Portal
To log in to Vianet Customer Portal, follow the following steps:-
  1. Visit Vianet website : www.vianet.com.np
    • Go to Customer Log in
    • Enter Customer ID and login with your provided login credentials
    • You will then enter Customer Portal Interface
  2. Go to”Your Internet Subscription” click on “Show Details”
  3. Go to “Your Support Ticket” and click on “Add New Ticket”.
  4. Select your required Support Type
  5. Under Ticket Description enter your problem
  6. Click Submit button
  7. Your ticket will be registered in our system and our representative will contact you for further assistance.
  • For general queries:
    Type VIANET INQUIRY and send SMS to 34001
  • For support queries:
    Type VIANET SUPPORT and send SMS to 34001
