To log in to Vianet Customer Portal, follow the following steps:-

- Visit Vianet website : www.vianet.com.np
• Go to Customer Log in
• Enter Customer ID and login with your provided login credentials
• You will then enter Customer Portal Interface - Go to”Your Internet Subscription” click on “Show Details”
- Go to “Your Support Ticket” and click on “Add New Ticket”.
- Select your required Support Type
- Under Ticket Description enter your problem
- Click Submit button
- Your ticket will be registered in our system and our representative will contact you for further assistance.
