Start & Manage Account

On Your Device: Check the Vianet sticker on your Fiber WiFi device.
Via SMS: Send Vianet CID to 31003 from your registered mobile number.
Using MAC Address: Share a photo of the back of your ONU/router showing the MAC address or call us with the MAC address to retrieve your CUID.
Updating Records: If your mobile number is not registered, visit any Vianet outlet with a valid ID to update your details and retrieve your Customer ID.

Go to our website www.vianet.com.np and click on “Login ” button at the top right of the page
Enter your “Username (Customer ID) and Password”.

If you are logging for the 1^st time or forget the password , you have to click on reset password

Forgot Password?
Click “Reset Password”.
Enter Customer ID and registered mobile → Receive new password via SMS (change it after login).
