1.  Download from Google Play Store, Apple App Store.
2.  Enter Customer ID and Register Number
3.  Enter the OTP received on you register number

• Select First Time: Launch the app and select the ‘First Time User’ or ‘Activate Account’ option.
• Validate Account: Enter your registered mobile number to trigger an automated activation OTP via SMS.
• Set Credentials: Input the OTP, then create your secret password and quick-login PIN.

• Request Code: Tap ‘Forgot Password?’ located below the main app login input fields.
• Receive SMS: Provide your registered phone number or CUID to receive a temporary recovery code.
• Update Account: Enter the code from your text message, type your new password, and tap ‘Reset’.
