Reward Points (Instant Discount):
- Open the Billing section in the App.
- Tap Pay Due on any pending bill.
- Select Use Reward Points before payment (up to 50% discount).
Reward Days (Extra Service):
- Renew your package.
- Go to Reward Dashboard in the App.
- Tap Claim Days (available after renewal).
Reward Policy:
- Expiration: Points and days expire after 560 days.
- Inactive Accounts: Rewards are forfeited if inactive for 90 days or upon service termination.
- Limits: Points can cover up to 50% of a bill.
- Reward Days Claim Limits:
- 1 Month Plan: Up to 30 days
- 3 Month Plan: Up to 60 days
- 6 Month Plan: Up to 120 days
- 12 Month Plan: Unlimited
