- Go to our website www.vianet.com.np and click on “Login ” button at the top right of the page
- Enter your “Username (Customer ID) and Password”.
If you are logging for the 1st time or forget the password , you have to click on reset password
- Forgot Password?
- Click “Reset Password”.
- Enter Customer ID and registered mobile → Receive new password via SMS (change it after login).
