- On Your Device: Check the Vianet sticker on your Fiber WiFi device.
- Via SMS: Send Vianet CID to 31003 from your registered mobile number.
- Using MAC Address: Share a photo of the back of your ONU/router showing the MAC address or call us with the MAC address to retrieve your CUID.
- Updating Records: If your mobile number is not registered, visit any Vianet outlet with a valid ID to update your details and retrieve your Customer ID.
