• Implementation of dense wave division multiplexing (DWDM) network solutions maximize for transmission networks.
• Prepare 24 x 7 x 365 network emergency response team and develop necessary guidelines to ensure, Quick Response and Escalation/ Faster Recovery/ Reporting.
• Prepare, document and ensure proper information flow across all the stakeholders regarding any planned Changes in Network or operations.
• Plan and implement equipment/hardware software updates and network capacity projections/upgrades.
• Ensure stable and reliable network operations guided by following network performance metrics basis: Availability/Throughput/Utilization/Downtime minimization/ Minimum delay/latency.
• Work closely with other departments in improving quality of service delivered to the customers.
• Experience with researching, investigating, evaluating, and qualifying potential new equipment for network deployment.
• Planning, selection, upgrade, and evaluation of the networking equipment used in the DWDM networks.
