All internet package prices listed above are inclusive of Telecommunication Service Charge and Basic Support Service charge. Basic support service charge. Basic support service consists of 24×7 phone support and service maintenance up to Client Optical Termination Box.
The discount on Set-Top-Box is valid only for the first (also known as primary) set-top-box purchase. Customer who already have a viaTV set-top-box will have to purchase Set-Top-Box as per the additional set-top-box charges mentioned above.

To avail offer on ViaTV, Set-Top-Box must be purchased as per the number of TV offered in the package. Additional charges of secondary TV package and STB will be applicable for subscription of multiple ViaTV more than what is offered in the package.
Only 5 meter Ethernet cable is provided for free during ViaTV installation. Extra Ethernet cable charge of Rs 40 (inc taxes) per meter will be applicable.
Vianet gaurantees latency and speed within its own backbone and access network through direct-wired connection only.
