I have been a Vianet customer since 2013 and I have no hesitations at all in recommending them as my preferred ISP in Nepal. Of all the providers I have used in the past, I have found Vianet's internet connection to be the most stable, and the customer service to be excellent whenever I have needed any support. Even during disruptions due to unavoidable technical difficulties, they take care to notify me in advance so I can plan accordingly. I consider myself a fairly heavy user and I depend on Vianet for Online Gaming (PC / console) as well as video streaming through Netflix and Hulu, and also run a private web server at my home office. I have never had any speed issues, and often find that they provide me the exact bandwidth as promised. Their home / small business plans are priced very competitively while the quality offered is way above the competition.
