Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving internet connectivity
  • Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
  • Interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about services
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customer when necessary
  • Router configuration at client’s end
  • Site survey for the preliminary phase of installation process

Other Specific Requirements:

  • Should compulsorily possess own vehicle with valid license. (Applicable in case of male candidates)
