Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Willingness to work on shift basis as required
  • Monitor network and system devices
  • Activate responsible department during any issue
  • Escalate issues as per guidelines provided
  • Interdepartmental information flow
  • Maintaining and following guidelines SLA to provide 99.99% uptime
  • Must be able to work as a team
