Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work on shift basis
- Monitor network and system devices.
- Activate responsible department during any issue.
- Escalate issues as per guidelines provides.
- Interdepartmental information flow.
- Maintaining and follow guideline SLA to provide 99.99% uptime.
- Must be able to work as team.
