Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ISP/telecom technical support
Contract of Employment: Full-time

Skills and Knowledge:
- SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution.
- Reseller satisfaction rating. Reduction in repeat complaints.
- Number of successful activations supported.
- Proper hardware documentation and minimal defects.
- Quality of training provided to resellers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- No internet / unstable connection
- Router and ONT configuration
- IPTV/STB activation errors
- Signal level issues
- Fiber cuts, ONU issues, and hardware faults
- Coordinate with the NOC, L2, and field teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
- Guide resellers on network best practices, device usage, and preventive maintenance.
