Skills and Knowledge:

• Master’s degree is preferred• Previous work experience of 3 years in a similar position• Proficient in Accounting and Office software• Ability to reconcile complex debtors’ accounts• Strong communication skills• Ability to deal with problematic clients

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead recovery activities
  • Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to organization’s financial performance.
  • Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity.
  • Implementing new strategies and tactics to improve collections and recovery performance.
  • Liaising with internal team and customers to ensure smooth flow of communication for the recovery.
  • Liaising with legal team for legal actions against critical cases.
