Skills and Knowledge:
  • Ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.
  • Efficiently input financial data into accounting systems.
  • Use Excel for financial calculations and reporting.
  • Understand basic accounting principles and processes.
  • Manage multiple tasks and maintain financial records systematically.
  • Work collaboratively with finance and other departments.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping – Maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
  • GL Posting – Record journal entries in the General Ledger.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Cash & Bank Operations – Handle cash transactions and bank reconciliations.
  • Administrative Support – Assist with financial documentation and office tasks.
