Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, recruiting, selecting, and creating a recruiting strategy, to ensure the timely placement of the right talent.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Take charge of operational tasks pertaining to the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee database management, performance management, reward and recognition, and, processes, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans, educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead HRIS for streamlined processes, oversee automation for efficiency and maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement culture by proactively identifying processes for enhancement, driving change, and responding to evolving business requirements.
