Skills and Knowledge:
  • Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10 years’ experience in HR and including 5 years extensive experience in a senior management HR leadership role. (as a first point of contact)
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance enhancement.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Identify training needs and create comprehensive learning and development initiatives.
  • Establish HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Streamline HR processes using technology solutions.
  • Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.
