Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information integrity.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with regional manager, branch manager, regional HR to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate for interview and manage the selection process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Department Head.
  • Ensure a seamless interview process by providing necessary information and support to both candidates and interviewers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding their interview status and next steps.
  • Process employee resignation and conduct exit interview to gather constructive feedback.
  • Manage clearance procedures, including the return of company assets and the settlement of final payment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the off boarding process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquires and provide guidance on HR related matters.
