Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationship and effective communication between Company and Employee.
- Assist HR Manager & Senior HR Officer in staff recruitment and selection process.
- Assist Senior HR Officer to prepare HR related documents likeÃ‚Â job description, appointment letter, contract renewal letter, termination letter, appraisal letter etc.
- AssistÃ‚Â HR Manager & Senior HR Officer to organizing Training & Development Programs.
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors on human resource and work related issues
- Monitor employee attendance on daily basis.
- Maintain Ã‚Â proper record of employee leave.
- Update employee database and ensure proper record keeping.
- Prepare the OT related document and submit it to concerned department.
- Maintain proper record of fuel consumption and submit its record to concerned department
