Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting in job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance in resolving HR-related issues and fostering positive employee relations.
- Contribute to identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including record-keeping, database maintenance, and preparation of HR reports.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, assisting in ensuring legal compliance and accurate HR records.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in facilitating effective employee communication channels and supporting the dissemination of HR policies and announcements.
