Skills and Knowledge:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in an HR field including 3 years’ experience senior HR role
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting in job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance in resolving HR-related issues and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Contribute to identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
  • Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including record-keeping, database maintenance, and preparation of HR reports.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, assisting in ensuring legal compliance and accurate HR records.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in facilitating effective employee communication channels and supporting the dissemination of HR policies and announcements.
