Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Business Development:
- Identify new sales opportunities in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments).
- Develop strategies to expand ISP offerings for hospitality clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Head of Hospitality.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with hospitality stakeholders.
- Engage with decision-makers (GMs, IT, Procurement) to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Provide expert consultation on ISP products to meet client needs.
- Stay updated on technology trends in hospitality.
Contract Negotiation & Closing:
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
- Close deals efficiently, managing the sales pipeline.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Align with the Head of Hospitality on sales strategies.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Market Research:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and feedback.
- Attend events to network and promote the company’s services.
