• Provide assistance to Netops officers asking for support in DC.
• Have sound knowledge about the equipment’s placed in DC (Routers, Switches, CDNservers, Servers).
• Have proper knowledge about remote access through Anydesk, Team Viewer, Connectwise control.
• Be properly able to perform IP setup for reachability in devices.
• Have knowledge about the purpose of devices place in DC.
• Proper knowledge about mounting and unmounting the devices (Routers, Servers).
• Be available 24/7.
• Be on call 24/7 as per the requirement.
