Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Department: Enterprise Support and Solution

Job Duties:
• Agent, shall review and maintain third party internet connectivity, IPTV, WIFI and help review computer systems network of clients and suggest solutions by coordinating with enterprise support desk team if required on a day to day basis
• Agent, will be stationed on the dedicated site as per their working hours/holidays.
Technician/engineer are mainly responsible for the un-interrupted transmission of internet line throughout the client premises on a daily basis.
• monitor and maintain computer systems and networks of the client
• maintenance of hardware and software installed for smooth transition of internet connections to various offices of the customer.
• responsible for commissioning and configuring of hardware and uplink of connectivity.
• talk to staff or client through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up internet systems or resolve issues or provide solutions
• troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware, internet or software faults.
• provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

• follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

Working hours
Flexible working hours
08:45AM – 17:45PM, Monday to Friday and if needed during off days/hours.
