Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the given annual target of the branch in terms of business volume and profit will be met.
  • Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of the branch operation.
  • Ensure proper co-ordination among the various departments of the branch.
  • Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance.
  • Assess customers’ need for internet connection to be granted by analyzing the need assessment of the client.
  • Develop marketing strategies and marketing plan for the Branch and monitor progress of the same.
  • Assist and provide inputs to the planning and Marketing & Promotion, Retail Sales & Institutional Sales team for strategic scouting.
  • Carry out any other job/task as instructed by the Management of the Company.
  • Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance. Function as a contact point to better streamline the clients’ requests.
  • Manage recruitment, attrition & ramp up of new employees to ensure no impact on branch operations due to attrition / absenteeism of staff.
