Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the given annual target of the branch in terms of business volume and profit will be met.
- Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of the branch operation.
- Ensure proper co-ordination among the various departments of the branch.
- Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance.
- Assess customers’ need for internet connection to be granted by analyzing the need assessment of the client.
- Develop marketing strategies and marketing plan for the Branch and monitor progress of the same.
- Assist and provide inputs to the planning and Marketing & Promotion, Retail Sales & Institutional Sales team for strategic scouting.
- Carry out any other job/task as instructed by the Management of the Company.
- Co-ordinate with various departments of the company/branch for better performance. Function as a contact point to better streamline the clients’ requests.
- Manage recruitment, attrition & ramp up of new employees to ensure no impact on branch operations due to attrition / absenteeism of staff.
