· Leadership/Supervisory Role: Provide leadership to the department, including hiring, scaling, and managing staff to meet the demands of the business.
· Strategy and IT Infrastructure: Lead and coordinates the selection, implementation, and upgrade of the business’s hardware, software/applications, and services.
· Security and Analysis: Work closely with external security teams to constantly prioritize and solve security-related issues
·Knowledge: Keep track of licensing on all IT-related items, and play a lead role in the implementation of best practices and adoption of industry guidelines.
