We have opened our newest customer service outlet at Kalanki. The outlet is located just few metres north of Kalanki Chowk below Laxmi Bank.
The outlet has been opened for our customer keeping in mind their ease for payment of monthly bills and basic support issues. 
Vianet Communications, the 1st and the widest FTTH (Fiber-to-the-home) internet service provider in Nepal has opened its new customer service centers at KL Tower, Chabahil and Hattigauda Commercial Complex on 4th and 6th Shrawan 2073 respectively.
Customers from nearby areas can now directly visit our service center for services like bill payment, basic support and new package inquiries.
Vianet is also opening other outlets at major areas around Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur with the aim of providing better customer support and services.
Vianet has its fiber coverage all around Kathmandu, Lalitpur and has recently started provided Fiber Optics Internet services at Bhaktapur too. 
Vianet has recently upgraded all of its Home packages and also introduced new packages in its SoHo/SME line. We have increased the speed and data (High Speed Quota) for all our Home packages. Upgrades have been done as below:
Vianet has opened its 1st customer service center at Gwarko, Lalitpur on 27th May, 2016. Our new center is located at Gwarko Chowk (besides Global Hospital).
With the new service center, we aim to reach closer to our customers and provide convenience for bill payment, new package inquiries and technical issues.
We plan to open more outlets in key areas around Kathmandu Valley in future.
