Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

The Regional Manager at Vianet will oversee within assigned territories, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and coordinating HR & administration tasks. Their primary role is to achieve business and revenue targets, develop and expand the company’s footprint, and provide strong leadership while ensuring efficient operations. This key leadership position involves significant travel to visit Regionals and survey new expansion locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional growth, financial performance, and optimize EBITDA.
  • Expand market presence through business opportunities, competitor insights, and promotional activities.
  • Enhance customer retention, service quality, and overall experience.
  • Lead sales monitoring, talent development, and effective policy implementation.
  • Conduct site visits, manage assets, and maintain strong stakeholder/government relations.
