Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-up and recovery of outstanding dues.

Communicate professionally with subscribers regarding billing issues, service continuation, and payment deadlines.

Maintain accurate records of visits, commitments, and collected payments.

Coordinate with the finance, billing, and customer service departments for smooth operations.

Deliver notices, statements, or documents to subscribers when necessary.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on recovery activities and field performance.
- Represent Vianet professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Mandatory Requirements

Must own a 2-wheeler (Motorbike/Scooter) with valid license

Basic computer knowledge is compulsory

Must be comfortable working in the field and traveling within assigned areas
