About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales operations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong business acumen who can drive nationwide sales performance, develop high-performing regional teams, and accelerate business growth through effective strategies, market insights, and customer-centric initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales direction, achieving national revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration, innovation, and strong leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead, guide, and motivate regional sales managers and their teams to achieve overall sales and performance goals.

  • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new markets and partnership opportunities.

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key partners, resellers and agents nationwide.

  • Analyze national sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent service quality and brand positioning.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to senior management.


What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the Telecom / ISP sector.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and MS Office tools.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions as required.
