Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handle, monitor, and report all enterprise/reseller support tickets during the night shift.
  • Ensure all tickets are properly logged, diagnosed, and resolved or escalated as needed.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and maintain service quality in compliance with company and customer SLA standards.
  • Guide clients or staff through troubleshooting steps via phone or remote sessions to resolve system, network, hardware, or internet issues.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to field agents or relevant departments with precise documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain procedural documentation, support reports, and technical logs.
  • Follow technical diagrams and written instructions for system setup or fault resolution.
  • Support deployment and testing of new applications or technologies as required.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple open tickets simultaneously.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams (e.g., developers, field agents).
  • Evaluate and test new technologies when assigned.
  • Submit a comprehensive monthly report on all tasks and activities performed during the night shift.
