Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or institutional/business development roles. (Experience in ISP or B2B sales is an added advantage)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market research and field visits to identify potential institutional clients.
- Generate leads, fix meetings, and pitch services to decision-makers in corporate and institutional sectors.
- Convert prospects into customers by negotiating deals and closing agreements.
- Maintain strong public relations (PR) with prospects and existing clients.
- Actively engage in contract signing and first bill collection to ensure eligibility for incentives.
- Maintain daily communication with the Branch Manager or Corporate Sales Supervisor regarding progress, queries, or support needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to facilitate a healthy work environment.
- Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the department’s overall performance.
