Develop and implement branch business plans and budgets aligned with company strategy for CEO and Board approval.

Provide strong operational leadership to achieve branch targets, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.

Drive financial performance, profitability, EBITDA optimization, and maintain strict budget control and compliance.

Lead sales growth initiatives to expand revenue, increase subscriber base, and identify new business opportunities.

Implement customer retention strategies, minimize churn, and ensure timely service and technical support delivery.

Recruit, train, and manage branch staff in coordination with HR, ensuring workforce productivity and policy compliance.

Conduct competitor analysis, oversee contract management, lead local marketing activities, and support strategic decision-making.
