Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement branch business plans and budgets aligned with company strategy for CEO and Board approval.

  • Provide strong operational leadership to achieve branch targets, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.

  • Drive financial performance, profitability, EBITDA optimization, and maintain strict budget control and compliance.

  • Lead sales growth initiatives to expand revenue, increase subscriber base, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Implement customer retention strategies, minimize churn, and ensure timely service and technical support delivery.

  • Recruit, train, and manage branch staff in coordination with HR, ensuring workforce productivity and policy compliance.

  • Conduct competitor analysis, oversee contract management, lead local marketing activities, and support strategic decision-making.
