Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with vendors and customers regarding financial matters.
- Supervise and verify petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and replenishment.
- Oversee timely processing and settlement of staff advances and other financial claims.
- Coordinate and monitor all payments ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Ensure proper deduction, filing, and compliance of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TSC (Tax on Services Charges).

Review and manage the recording of expenses; reconcile accounts periodically to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor provisioning entries and ensure timely settlement.

Maintain ledgers and ensure all entries are up-to-date and accurate.

Manage and safeguard financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Prepare and file VAT returns; reconcile VAT accounts as per regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
- Conduct periodic reviews of operational finance tasks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and process improvement.
