Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with vendors and customers regarding financial matters.
  • Supervise and verify petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and replenishment.
  • Oversee timely processing and settlement of staff advances and other financial claims.
  • Coordinate and monitor all payments ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper deduction, filing, and compliance of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TSC (Tax on Services Charges).

  • Review and manage the recording of expenses; reconcile accounts periodically to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor provisioning entries and ensure timely settlement.
  • Maintain ledgers and ensure all entries are up-to-date and accurate.

  • Manage and safeguard financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.

  • Prepare and file VAT returns; reconcile VAT accounts as per regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of operational finance tasks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and process improvement.
