Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a field-based environment.

  • Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

  •  Experience in sales/telecom is an advantage (freshers may apply).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting Vianet Communications’ products and services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving targets in the assigned territory.
  • Field Based work, Two-wheeler not mandatory for this position.
  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

  • Identify and approach potential customers; generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; ensure satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research, track competitors, and provide feedback to management.

  • Submit timely sales reports and maintain updated customer records.

  • Represent Vianet during promotional campaigns and client meetings
