Vianet has recently extended its fiber optics internet and IPTV services to the ancient town of Banepa. It has already started its operations from 19th May 2017 onwards. Residents of Banepa can now subscribe to Vianet’s Unlimited Internet plans of 6 Mbps and 12 Mbps at the cost of Rs. 1,330/- and Rs. 1,710/- respectively. As part of its opening offer, Vianet is providing free installation and Rs. 1,000/- discount in deposit amount as well. Our Banepa outlet is located at Tindobato Chwok (near Himalayan Bank).
Vianet has launched SMS through Inquiry system for its new and interested customers. Interested customers now do not have to visit Vianet office or call to inquire about new connection. They can now directly send an SMS to register their inquiries to Vianet System. To send SMS, customers should type VIANET INQUIRY and send SMS to 34001. Existing customers can also send support queries through SMS by typing VIANET SUPPORT and sending SMS to 34001.
We have opened our 8th customer service outlet at Purano Baneshwor (Devkota Sadak) on 27th September 2016. The outlet is located few meters away from Saim College, Purano Baneshwor.
The outlet will be responsible for handling services like new package inquiry, bill payments and basic support.
