Job Duties & Responsibilities
Integrate automation systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
➢ Conduct rigorous testing of automated systems to ensure reliability and performance.
➢ Develop and implement automated systems and solutions for various processes.
➢ Create and maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and processes.
➢ Train staff on the use and maintenance of automated systems.
➢ Evaluate new automation technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
➢ Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
➢ Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
➢ Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.
➢ Regularly perform security checks and troubleshooting
➢ Suggest and implement solutions for improvement
➢ Implement new processes with the goal to optimize company’s security system
➢ Perform regular audits and provide reports
