SOHO Care Executive
1. Does research on competitors pricing and offers to maintain a proper information for client handling & retention.
2. Identifies and handles prospects and maintains a soft & polite manner with the existing clients to convert in the effective sales and maintains renewal revenue.
3. Should have a good knowledge on handling client on product pitching, bills handling, identifying client’s requirement, taking care of renewal, expiry.
4. Instantly communicates with Enterprise Sales Manager for any support and approval required whilst at work.
5. Maintains a good behavior throughout the work time with the colleagues and the clients.
6. Constantly focuses and achieves given sales target every month.
7. Knows how to work in a documented system.
8. Involves in first bill & regular bill collection follow up.
9. Maintains an overall of 80% of attendance monthly with a proper in-out timing.
10. Seeks help with the reporting supervisor on retaining the clients and maintain the proper client base.
11. Abides all the code of conduct issued by VIANET for the employees
