Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Operations
   Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, and enterprise applications. Ensure systems are secure, reliable, highly available, and performing efficiently.
2. Systems & Software Management
   Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of key business systems such as ERP and CRM. Work with different departments to understand their requirements and provide suitable technology solutions.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
   Develop and implement IT security policies to protect company data and systems. Conduct security audits and risk assessments while ensuring compliance with relevant NTA standards and regulations.
4. IT Governance & Strategy
   Develop IT policies, procedures, and standards that support business objectives. Manage IT budgets, evaluate technology investments, and identify emerging technologies that can improve business operations.
5. Team & Vendor Management
   Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team while promoting continuous learning and innovation. Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including procurement, contracts, negotiations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
6. Kubernetes & Container Management
   Oversee Kubernetes and container platforms, ensuring their availability, scalability, security, and performance. Manage cluster upgrades, capacity planning, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and support for containerized applications.
7. DevOps, Automation & CI/CD
   Establish and promote DevOps practices across development, operations, and security teams. Manage CI/CD pipelines for application testing and deployment, promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automate repetitive IT tasks to improve efficiency, reliability, and deployment speed. Ensure proper controls for container security, secrets, images, and production releases.
