Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Contract of Employment: Intern
Working Hours: 8 hours
Job Location: Jawalakhel

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and the OSI model. 
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, wireless networking, and fiber/CPE devices is an advantage. 
  • Familiarity with MikroTik, Cisco, or similar networking equipment is a plus. 
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required. 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in basic network configuration and troubleshooting. 
  • Provide first-level support for customer internet connectivity issues. 
  • Configure and troubleshoot basic routers, switches, ONUs/ONTs, and CPE devices. 
  • Monitor network performance and report faults or alarms to senior network engineers. 
  • Document support activities, incidents, and maintenance records. 
  • Assist senior network engineers with network maintenance, upgrades, and deployments. 
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior network engineers when required.
