Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of office administration and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to operate printers, scanners, and related office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of documents efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing audit activities through proper documentation and record management.
- Print, organize, and maintain required audit-related documents.
- Scan and archive documents related to ongoing finance, audit, and compliance tasks.
- Scan and maintain digital records of all original tax invoices for FY 2082/83.
- Ensure documents are properly filed, labeled, and easily retrievable.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to provide required documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and company records.
- Perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned.
