Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide effective front desk support
  • Prepare and manage daily bank cash deposits and ensure timely deposit reconciliation
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to internet packages, billing, renewals, account status, and company services
  • Process bill entries, cash handling, and billing-related support accurately
  • Create, update, and assign tickets/tasks for customer issues and concerns
  • Coordinate with technical and field teams for timely issue resolution and service fulfillment
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting for internet connectivity, router configuration, Wi-Fi issues, and service interruptions
  • Follow up on customer renewals, pending Support requests, installations
  • Support customer retention activities by handling escalations, churn-risk customers.
  • Promote package upgrades, value-added services, and upselling opportunities to support revenue growth
  • Handle account-related support, service modifications, and customer verification processes
  • Maintain proper documentation, operational discipline, service quality, and positive customer experience standards
  • Ensure professional communication, teamwork, coordination, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support Help Desk operations through timely response, escalation handling, and service assurance activities
  • Assist customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person support channels when required
