Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and evaluation of Field Customers’ Operations (Installation, Support and Relocation)
in terms of efficient scheduling, throughput and technical closure.
- Monitoring and reporting Field Customers’ Operations teams SLA and escalation of noncompliance to the respective Regional and Branch Managers.
- Training Field Fiber Operations Team on the proper use of tools and mobile App for daily tasks.
- Implementation and enhancement of Mobile App used for field customer operations as well as
physical network documentation that are essential to improving service delivery SLA.
