Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain goods in proper place in orderly manner.
- Issue goods related to various departments after verifying the requisition.
- Verify the spare parts and process materials arrived at office to ensure goods quality and rate of the purchased materials.
- Identify fast moving and slow moving goods.
- Prepare the report of daily stock consumption report.
- Conduct the monthly physical verification of goods and prepare the report accordingly.
- Maintain minimum re-order stock level and purchase goods if the goods reach to minimum stock level.
- Maintain good interpersonal relationship with suppliers.
- Maintain good public relationship with government offices and insurance company.
