Customers will get 50 minutes of free talk time to call other Ncell numbers and 50 free SMS per month. And along with that, customers also get free monthly talk time of 50 minutes to call Vianet call-center and extra 1GB data per month to use Vianet mobile app.

I am an existing Vianet customer, how do I subscribe to Vianet Purple Pack offer?
To avail the Vianet Purple Pack offer, existing customers must visit our outlet to renew to Vianet Purple Pack package.
When visiting the outlet please kindly bring the following documents required for Ncell Sim Registration:
- Recent Passport Size Photo x 1
- Original Citizenship, License or Passport
- Copy of Citizenship, License or Passport
Your package will be renewed and SIM will be provided to you once payment has been received.

I am an existing Vianet customer and I still have few months of my current Vianet Package remaining, how can I upgrade to Purple Pack Offer?
Customers who have time remaining on their existing Vianet package can choose to change their package to Vianet Purple Pack or renew in advance in order to avail the offer.
Please kindly visit our outlet or talk to our Customer Care representative if you wish to renew or upgrade your current plan to Purple Pack despite having time remaining in your current plan.
I am a new user, how do I subscribe to Vianet Purple Pack?

I already have an Ncell Number, can the offer be provided in my current Ncell Number?
No. The Purple Pack offer in the Ncell Sim is only available in the Purple Pack Sims distributed by Vianet. It cannot be loaded to an already existing Ncell Sim.
Is the offer available in monthly packages as well?
No. The offer is only available in Yearly subscriptions of our Purple Pack 80 and 100 Mbps plans.
Can I recharge the Ncell Sim provided and use it as a normal Ncell Sim?
Yes. Customers can recharge the Ncell Sim provided and use it as a normal Sim alongside the benefits provided with the Purple Pack Offer.
Do I have to recharge the Ncell Sim provided in Purple Pack offer to enjoy the benefits?
No. Recharging the Ncell Sim provided in Purple Pack offer is not required. Customers will still get the benefits mentioned in the offer on a monthly basis for 12 months.
