Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring follow-ups.

Sales & Revenue Growth – Identify sales opportunities, promote services, and achieve sales targets through cross-selling and upselling.

Billing & Account Management – Assist with billing concerns, payments, renewals, and plan upgrades.

Data & Call Handling – Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems, manage tickets, and follow company SOPs for service quality and data privacy.
