- ViaTV package charges are included in the bundle package price above.
- The discount on Set-Top-Box is valid only for the first (also known as primary) set-top-box purchase. Customer who already have a viaTV set-top-box will have to purchase Set-Top-Box as per the additional set-top-box charges mentioned above.
- Only 5 meter Ethernet cable is provided for free during ViaTV installation. Extra Ethernet cable charge of Rs 40 (inc taxes) per meter will be applicable.
- Above mentioned plans are for residential purpose only.
- Customer must provide necessary documents and must have provided full payment before sim can be collected by Customer. If necessary document or payment has not been provided, Vianet has the right to refuse to provide the Sim to the customer.
- Ncell sim with offer is available in limited quantity only and in limited areas of availability only. Vianet has the right to refuse to take order or cancel existing orders if there are no sims in stock or if sims are not available in the area.
