Follow the steps below to Pay Vianet internet Bills with “IME Pay Wallet”:
1. Go to vianet.com.np and click on Customer from Login Menu as shown Below:
2. Login to Vianet Customer Portal using your Username and Password as shown Below:
3. Check for the unpaid bill(s) from the list of bills for your respective service and Click on IME Pay Wallet icon at last column of list table for payment.
4. Then it will redirect to the with “Your Payment Details” list on table where you can select your reward points if any as Discount. Then click on the “Porceed” Button to go to further step.
5. After clicking on the “Proceed” button, the PopUp will appear with Yes OR No option.
Then click on Yes if you want to go to further step
6. Once you click on Yes button it will redirect to new page to IME Pay Wallet portal where you can login with IME Pay Wallet login credential.
Note: you must create IME Pay Wallet account before you login to IME Pay Wallet portal. If you do not have IME Pay Wallet account you need create it first.
7. Once you login with your IME Pay Wallet Credential, SNS with One Time Pin(OTP) code will be send to your mobile.
Then Check the SMS on my mobile and use this Pin code on the Form and Click on the “Confirm Pay” button.
8.After submitting payment request to IME Pay Wallet, if transaction is done successfully, You will be redirected to Vianet Customer portal with Success message.
9.Once you made successful payment for your bill, please check on Billing page of Vianet Customer Portal to confirm that payment is updated successfully in your Vianet Customer Portal account.
