We have currently two plans:

FiberConnect Basic: It is a volume based package with whopping 50 GB data with one month validity. With connection speed of 1/1 Mbps symmetric, you now have the fastest Internet connection available currently at unbelievable price.
- Is 50 GB enough for me? Our customer usage pattern has shown that average usage per month of almost all the small business/offices is much less than 50 GB. 50 GB per month is roughly equivalent to more than 30 HD movies or more than 10000 songs, so, it is a comfortable data volume to meet your online requirement. And if you think you need more, you can switch to the FiberConnect Pro package.
- FiberConnect Pro: It is an unlimited package with connection speed of 1/1 Mbps symmetric at an unbelievable price. Although it is an unlimited data package, it is regulated by Fair Use Policy to prevent excessive and unfair usage.
- We understand that your package might expire or your data volume might finish at odd times. So, we have enabled our customers to renew their package by themselves.
- After your package expires or data volume exhausts, you will be redirected to a web page where you can log on to your portal and renew your package yourself.
- If this is a hassle for you, we are just a phone call away. Please give us a call, we will renew your package immediately.
Once your package is renewed, you can pay the due amount in one of the following ways:
- Deposit the due amount in Vianet Communications bank account as mentioned in your Customer Portal.
- Pay the due amount online using our online payment partner from your Customer Portal.
- Call us to schedule payment collection from you. (It might incur extra cost on your part).
- We have 24 hours help desk support to attend to your problems. If your problem needs on-site visit, we will do so in one business day. Please note that on-site visit or support might be chargeable depending on the nature of the problem.
- Unlike existing cable Internet, FiberConnect is based on Passive Optical Networking (PON) technology that doesn't require electric power at the distribution points along the way from our Point of Presence (POP) to your location. So, load-shedding around your locality or area doesn't affect FiberConnect service.
- If you have just renewed your package and are again redirected to old page, please disconnect and reconnect your PPPoE connection or reboot your broadband router.
- If you have just renewed your package, please pay the due within two days. Otherwise, your account will get disabled, and will be activated only after paying the due amount.
- Customer can cancel FiberConnect service upon expiration of package or contract with us. Vianet reserves the right to get back the equipment and accessories owned by it, and as mentioned in the contract.
- FiberConnect service can be terminated by Vianet if the customer violates Fair Use Policy and/or Terms and Conditions of the service.
- If FiberConnect service remains inactive (due to non renewal) for more than 2 weeks, Vianet reserves the right to terminate the connection and get back the equipment and accessories owned by it, and as mentioned in the contract.
- Re-activation charge of Rs. 2000.00 shall be charged in order to re-activate a terminated connection.
- FiberConnect is a consumer Internet package suitable for small offices and residential users. So, the Internet speed is not guaranteed to be 1/1 Mbps all the time, however, we have engineered our network in such a way that you get the subscribed speed almost all the time.
- No, FiberConnect is a connection based Internet package where you will get a dynamic IP address in every session.
- No, FiberConnect is a consumer product. Server hosting is not possible with this service. Please contact us for Corporate Internet connection.
- We are able to bring down the cost of FiberConnect based on the very fact that Internet is inherently a shared resource, and that a low cost high speed Internet connection is possible if this shared resource is used fairly. If a customer uses FiberConnect to continuously upload and download data thus affecting the service quality of other FiberConnect customers, Vianet's "Fair Use Policy" enforcer kicks in, which basically throttles down the connection speed of that particular heavy user.
